We are happy to ship our goods anywhere in the world but as we are shipping from Hong Kong, its very reasonable and efficient to deliver our goods within the Asia Pacific region.
HONG KONG
Delivery to any address in Hong Kong is free. WooHoo!
Once your order is confirmed, it will be picked, packed and shipped to you, typically within 2 days. We will inform you of our progress throughout and your shipment should arrive, thanks to Hong Kong Post, within just a couple of days.
MACAU, CHINA, TAIWAN, SINGAPORE and REST OF THE WORLD
For Asia Pacific region, we will generally deliver with SFExpress. For rest of the world, we normally pick Speedpost, FedEx or TNT, depending on cost.
PACKAGING
All our hamam towels ship with gift packaging. If you have special requirements for the perfect gift giving, contact us and we will try our best to fulfil your wishes.

There is no sales tax here in Hong Kong.
Please note that you are responsible for any and all import duties or taxes for customs clearance required in your country of delivery.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 28 days of the date of purchase and only with prior authorization. All products must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of postage and safe return of the products to us.
All goods sold are non-returnable except in the case of being faulty. If a product is faulty, we will exchange it for another or, if unavailable, provide a store credit. We do not give refunds under any circumstances. However, we want all our customers to be exceedingly happy, so if for some reason we do not meet your expectations, please let us know.
